I - 9 Form -
The link below will take you to the listing of both I-9
forms – the version you use until April 2 and the version you use
starting April 3. The Spanish versions are also listed there. It is
important to use the current version until 4/2 and then begin
immediately on 4/3 to use the newer version. Penalties do apply if this
conversion does not take place as the list of accepted IDs changes on
4/3. Any questions, of course, just let us know
NOTE: The Spanish version of Form I-9 may be filled out by
employers and employees in Puerto Rico ONLY. Spanish-speaking
employers and employees in the 50 states and other U. S. territories may
print this for their reference but may only complete the form in english to
meet employment eligibility verification requirements.
