Paula Tarrant is the President of P3 Consulting, LLC. Paula is an HR Generalist with 20 years of human resource experience. She holds a B.S. in Business Management/Marketing and a M.S. in Human Resource Management. Paula has managed all aspects of the human resource function and finds an expertise in legal compliance. She has worked in and with private and not-for-profit organizations.
Paula is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She attends local Chamber meetings and meetings of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the Human Resources Management Association of Greater St. Louis (HRMA).
Paula trains each year for century bike rides – yes, a bike ride of 100 miles in one day - because of the physical and mental challenge.
